CSV and JSON downloads

Every endorsement in what you bought, in one file, rebuilt every day at 13:00 UTC. Load it into a spreadsheet or a database, and replace it each day.

Private link

File deliveries get a private link that always answers today’s file, for scripts and scheduled jobs. Create or replace it from your ballotdata.net account; replacing it stops the old one working. Keep it secret: anyone with the link can download the file.

The link answers in the format your delivery chose. It stops working when the purchase ends (December 31).

Signed in, you can download today’s file in CSV or JSON, whichever your delivery uses.

Formats

CSV has one row per endorsement and needs no joins. JSON keeps the ballot’s structure, from elections down to each choice’s endorsements. Every column and field is in Formats and fields.

Between files, follow changes by email, the live stream or postbacks; the ids match, so changes apply to rows you loaded.
